| More to follow..... Eric Judd smacked 4 hits including 3 laser like doubles to lead the Southern Yankees to a 9-5 win over the pesky Palm Beach Pirates. The game was a lot closer than the final score as the Pirates led 4-1 going onto the 7th inning. The Yankees then scored 6 runs with the help of some errors as both teams had fielding miscues. The score was 7-4 going into the 8th and the Yankees added 2 more runs on Judd's 3rd double of the game. He certainly was Double Trouble for the Pirates. Bobby Stallone, gutsy Sam Bartoleta and Telemundo- Angel Medina clubbed 3 hits each as the bottom of the order picked up for the rest of the lineup. Stallone was again crafty on the mound and only gave up 2 runs in 7 innings work. Luis Sanchez closed it out and the Yankees escaped with an ugly win that they will take.
