| Yankees rebuilding team after losing several players in the off-season. Poor defense (7 errors in the 2nd inning) & no hitting equals knockout in any league. Yankee baseball will soon return. Only Kudos of the game goes to Albie/Ivan/Tiedo for a spectacular 5-3-6 dp in the 1st inning with the runner trying to advance to third. Awesome bang-bang play!!!! Good game Twins/Angels (new uni's look nice). |

| Keith Nicoll tossed a complete game three hitter, striking out 11 and walking none, as the Palm Beach Angels of Coconut Creek (formerly known as the Hollywood Twins) shutout the Florida Yankees, 10-0.
Nicoll also had two hits and three RBI to celebrate his 56th birthday later this month. |
